    is there an easy way to unplug the vw electrical plugs as i keep breaking them

    im guessing there is a tool the dealers use to get em apart .

    what plugs?
    if its the normal push type clips then use a small screwdriver to lever or get in behind to lever up the clip

    Glad you brought this up as I've this problem too.

    The electrical connectors can be awkward to undo. Do you push the screwdriver inside the connector or do you press on the tab?
    I've tried both without success but there must be a knack to it? Or a special tool?

    id think you need a small screwdriver like the ones a jeweller would use slip it under the tab and lever down whilst pulling on the connector.

    I haven't broken any of the connectors (yet )
    The method I use is to stand a screw driver vertical (point down) into the little clip. Then gently twist the screw driver unitl you hear a slight click.
    Continue to hold the clip extended while twisting the connector back and forth while gently pulling it off.Attachment 7991
