The Address Code relates to the Number that VW have given that particular ECU.ie: 01=Engine Electrics.
Controller is the Part Number of the interogated ECU.
Component is the item in question ie: 1.9 EDC(electronic diesel control),and reference number.
Coding is what spec. its coded to depending on vehicle.
Shop is the Diagnostic Computer which coded the ECU.
The fault codes are listed next, alongside a breif description.
Readiness relates to wether the vehicle has completed a `full driving cycle `to determine if everything is in order, basically a `Self Check`.
Hope this clears a few things up for you.
    Alan.
