Fix broken sun visor

You know those windscreen blinds you stick up front to keep the sun out of the car when not in use? Well the little black suckers that hold it in place are dead on mine and I use the 2 sun visors to hold it in place.

Yesterday the passenger side visor came loose on the 'balljoint' if thats what holds it in.
Is there a quickfix or would it be completely mangled inside under the roof upholstery?

luggalord, see attachments just remove 1 screw to take it off vehicle & check if no good get another from breakers yard
