Good call... the corrission would of caused the volt drop.. but just checked and in this case no corrosion. Also it has 10 volts with both A/C selected or deselected???????

cheers though it was somthing i had not check before having to change the controller...non climate controller that is..

    cheers

Well i've change the controller which made no changes to the state of the system...boo...Has anybody got and wiring diagrams for this system as it's lost list in the hynes manuals... Also i've ran the system through Vag-com...Not apparent faults... So i'm still get 10.4 volts and A/C source and the pressure is stayiny stable at 100 psi which indicates compressor failing to work...Any other ideas to fix...Or any ways to test the compressor???

    Regards Tim
