    Hi,

I finally got my S4 wheels refurbed, painted and fitted. Ideally I'd post a picture of them when they are *clean* but I just thought I'd post the pic anyhow!

I am pleased as they only cost me £150 and I love the OEM look (yes I know they are boring compared to some 19" BBS etc!) I've gone for a custom colour - it's actually a chrome paint (no fleck at all) although it's not chrome in the traditional bathroom-tap sense!

The true Audi fans amongst you will notice that I have the wrong centre caps (the crap body shop misplaced my S4 centre caps) so I'm using my S-Line centre caps for the time being!

I actually quite like the look! I might keep them like that, I will post a comparison pic when I get hold of some more S4 centre caps.

    Al.

Nice look there- I wondered why the wheels looked different at first to normal S4 ones then you explained the wrong centre caps.

Also like the diddy TDI badge under the side indicator

    Hi Chaps,

Well spotted kodkod.. they are from a Seat Ibiza! Let me know if you want more details anybody.. (not kodkod obviously.. being a petrol head!)

I do plan to have it lowered when I change the suspension to Eibach pro / Koni FSD... when funds permit! I'll be fitting my S4 brake conversion, new bearings etc at the same time, so it'll be an expensive undertaking.

I got the wheels as part of a deal from a bloke scraping an S4 Cabriolet. I got the front brake setup, hubs etc. He threw the wheels in for £150 They were in a bit of a bad way though.
There is a company in Rotherham called Motors in Motion that currently have a few S4's breaking.. you could give them a call (the A4 B6 & B7 S4's both use the same wheels).

    Looking good m8.

I actually like the stance of the car as sometimes in can look too slammed when lowered.

A nice set of S4 style mirrors would top it off IMO.

    Thanks for the comments guys.

Oncemore.. wish I'd had time to give it a gleam, but that aside, which centre caps do you think look best?

    I'd love your opinions!

    Cheers

    Yeah me too..

If the bodyshop hadn't forgotten to give me the centre caps back, I probably wouldn't have tried fitting the S-Line centre caps, but they do look better in my opinion!

They modernise the wheels somewhat (becuase they are quite a classic design, taking style cues from the first S4 wheels)!
