    Hi Bez,

Still having problems with mine but today I was messing with it and disconnected the little connector on the drivers side in the roof mechanism (open roof manually and look behind the right hand rear seat into the workings and you will see a cable going into a round micro switch (is a potentiometer) that moves with the the roof.

I removed mine and twiddled it abit and the code disappeared

Let me know if you need more info/pic

Also, you said before you reset your roof, how did you do this?

    Thanks,

    Walter.

Good to hear its working again,

What is meant by MVB ok?

I can see the measuring blocks in vagcom but they show values that seem to be to do with the switch positions.

Btw, does one have to log into the roof module to reset it and how many measuring block are there?

also do you know where the "top valve switch" is?

    Any help would be appreciated,

    Walter

rest the roof by opening with the emergency release

carry out a full open and close procedure with a second person to help you lift and lower the roof then try the roof as normal
