    Hi i have a golf MK5 1.9tdi, just wondering what the small radiator is and what its for? Its located underneath the car on the drivers side??? thanks in advance

    Not sure... Could it be for the AC or Climate control?

    no,it's not the inter cooler.it's far too small.
    i have one on my bora,it looks to be aluminium,about a foot long, 8inches wide. bolts up flat, to the floor pan. i didn't chase the connections but it could be for the climate control,
    or would it have anything to do with the fuel system?
    first time i was up a ladder i was down a well
    4th cog,--two to go

    iam sure the intercooler is front mounted? i was thinkin it could be to cool down the return fuel?? its only about the size of a A4 sheet of paper.

    it only has small hoses onto it,and they seem to go towards the rear,so yes,it looks like fuel cooler,keep it denser (denser?)
    someone will be along soon and tell us just how dense we all are

    Oops, My Bad! I thought it was a Mk4 when I first read, does it look like the smaller one in this diagram? From what I can work out it looks like a secondary rad.
