hi all,I have vag com 805.0,but this only works once and after laptop restart gone and can't get instal any more,will anybody have any sugestions?

hi,I get this cable from ecutool.com nd was working perfect when was connected first time,but after laptop was restarted system don't find cable any more and on the task manager panel shoving usb device with no drivers instaled,
