i think you have 2 take the front bumper off because there is 2screws at the top and 2 screws at the bottom of the headlight unit.not sure about the left and right hand drive conversion. when the old headlight unit its out you should be able 2 see wat you need 2 take off for the hightlight adjustment motor, (release the retaining clip and sealing cover, disconnect the wiring plug.

then if it is the left hand headlight u are taking the adjustment motor out off turn the motor clockwise

if it is the right hand headlight u are taking the adjusment motor out off turn the motor anti-clockwise.

hope this is some help 2 ya.

Cheers Spinks will have a crack at it when weather brightens up.
Going back to the headlight adjusters are you refering to the left and right side as you are looking from the outside at the wind screen or looking out from the car,alo is it as simple as unscrewing the manual adjusters from the angel eyes and screw in the motorised ones in
    cheers again

If you put the headlight dipped beam on you will be able 2 see which adjuster you will need to take out.
it will be the one for the headlight which is the out side of the headlights unit.
I would of the manual adjuster would be as easy at screwing it off and putting other 1 in.

Might be difficult changing the colour of the angel eyes as they are LED's. Correct me if im wrong anybody.

The condensation building up is when you have fitted the lights you have not fitted the rubber seal at the back properly. There is obviously a gap where air is getting in and causing the condensation.
