Hello, I've just finnished fitting my new jamex springs and they look great. However when going over bumps now the rear knocks.
I then jacked the wheel up and when you lift the wheel and drop it again it knocks loudly and im not quite sure why, it was totally fine before lowering. Any suggestions?
    Cheers

If someone lowered it for you take it back, If you did it yourself you should get it up on a 4 post car lift like the ones used for the MOT and bounce it up and down to see where its coming from.

When I put my suspension kit in I missed the really small washers which sat on the split o ring on the damper. It knocked badly after that.

Also It could be your old shocks are not very happy running with lowering springs.
