2015 VW Polo- timing belt or timing chain?

My son is looking to a buy a VW Polo and has seen one online for sale at a local garage.

Question is- does it have a timing belt or a timing chain?

It is a 2015 VW Polo 1.2 tsi Bluemotion tech SE.

Belt, the OFFICIAL angle is fitted for life which makes me nervous.

Ok, thanks Crasher, much appreciated. I had thought the Polo had a timing chain, but I couldn't find any info for definite anywhere.

Is the 1.2 tsi a decent engine?

I have heard of them failing catastrophically but we haven't seen one but there is a post on here of a chap looking for one as his has spat its dummy out. The main thing we see is turbo failure, very common on low milage short journey cars due to condensation causing wastegate shaft rust and the turbo's aren't easily rebuildable, we won't fit anything other than genuine.
