Was wondering if you overfilled it? Did that on mine and had to siphon some out in the end

    Think it's too things

1: you need to fill with a minimum of 5litres

2: if you overfilled apparently can impact the starting if the car.

I Def overfilled mine and siphoned it out with plastic tubing and syringe

You will need the tank with pump and controller plus engine ECU software update. You can see the pump pressure sensor has failed in the freeze frame data, spinning at 3k rpm and producing half a Bar pressure. If you keep running it the ECU will overdose the system and fill the entire exhaust system with AdBlue crystals and they are a nightmare to get out. I have a pile of these tanks in various VAG versions sitting outside as the bin men won't take them. If you find cement like grit appearing in the tailpipes, stop driving but it may be too late by then.
