Hi Folks, I have 2016 A6 2.0Tdi Sline - has done 40K but coming up for 8 years old.
I have a Draper Smart Charger with which I have recharged the battery a few times, it go low during lockdown, but having no issues at all with the car when it is being regularly used.

My friend loaned me a battery tester an Ancel BST100 - he is away just now so cannot ask for advice - it has 10 different tests and I ran them all - going to attach photos.

Searching for my battery code EFB 8K0 915 105 L there are many variants but not with L at the end - but have found this one which seems compatible - I know it should have BES if it needs replacing and I'd be happy to do the coding required myself.
I would also be happy replacing battery myself - youtube video I watched suggested using a 12v power saver cable plugged into the diagnostic port of the car - is this the only option to keep car voltage ok while changing the battery - would the battery charger connected to pints in engine bay not keep car voltage on while battery is disconnected?

    Be grateful for any advice.

Grateful for any advice on the condition of my battery. Edited to add - My battery is marked 12v 93Ah 520A DIN 850A EN/SAE/GS EFB. When I look at battery sites says my car should be fitted with AGM battery, but I bought the car demonstrator from Audi dealer at 6 months old so sure this is the original battery.
I think I have to repeat the tests with the correct current rating above for the test type.

Thanks for the reply below - yes I am of a mind to leave it - can add the start stop does not work often on my car - often the engine management system automatically disables it.

Why do anything if it works?
My 13 reg 3.0tdi is still on its original battery. I don't have start/stop active (enabled the "memory" so it can be used if need be) and yes, regularly I connect the car to Noco Genius that's got a dedicated AGM setting. I contemplated several times to proactively change the battery but decided against it.
Yes, some might say that I'm "sweating the asset" but if it ain't broken...
