    Default Skoda boot not opening – 26-08-2023,01:12 PM
    Hi all, few days ago my Skoda superb (2018) boot stopped unlocking when a press button on keyfob, the boot has always unlocked along with the other 4doors & locked when a press lock button on keyfob. Now the only way a can open my boot is to press & hold the boot unlock button(middle button on keyfob) until a hear a small electronic noise n then a can lift open the boot.
    Anyone got any idea why my keyfob has suddenly stopped unlocking the boot?
    Is there a way to 're-program the keyfob to open all 5 locks(4doors+boot) when the unlock button is pressed?

    The usual cause is broken wiring in the lid to body conduit.
    Anthropogenic climate change, the biggest con inflicted on mankind since religion...

    A was thinking along the line of , broken switch behind rubber panel , that you press to open boot , but a will get long hard look at wiring from switch , along boot lid , to were it connects to main car body !! Thanks for advice, so get cracking at the weekend......
