Hi guys recently converted a 1.9 105 tdi caddy to a 2.0tdi 140 from a touran, straight forward swap all running now but I can’t figure out the wiring for the vacuum block, overall I’m left with approx 10 wires from the loom that have no home and no boost, wiring diagrams show no help from either the caddy or the touran, I can update the exact wires tomorrow when I’m with the van but a few off the top of my head... violet/green, red/black blue/black, black, black grey and many more, anyone able to point me in the right direction on which wires I need for the boost side, I also have the old 3 port n75 from the 1.9 if it’s easier to convert to that if anyone can give me some sort of pin out to wire that into the 2.0.

I converted a 1.9 sdi 2k caddy about 2 years ago to a 2.0 140 from a golf and all I had for wiring was red/black and black/yellow to deal with so I’m stranded as I can’t relay back to that one (pictures of my first one to show I’m not completely clueless lol)

Do you have model years and engine codes for the two vehicles? Is the loom you're now looking at the body or engine side of the original Caddy one, or from the Touran? Are these wires loose ended, or in plug housings with various numbers of pins?

I’ll get the years and codes in the morning when I’m back in the unit, and I’m using the caddy body loom and the touran engine loom, the wires are loose ended as I cut them from the touran loom that relays back into the car , plugged in what had plugs now I’m left with wires I’m unsure of

I have full wiring diagrams for both vehicles but they’re proving no help, I’ve started working backwards and narrowed the loose wires down to 4 that all lead inside the car so I’m slowly getting somewhere

I'm doing this swap at the minute. Which ecu are you using? Also what have you done with the steering setup as my donor is electric and the caddy is hydraulic. Also what have you done with clocks and ignition barrel
