Scorpion alarm system wiring diagram

I have a A4 1997 fitted with the above system. The fob is starting to play up, Ive been down to Audi in an attempt to get a new key programmed no luck the pc can not talk to EM . ? The fob when pressed will lock the doors and activate the alarm system, putting key into door lock will do the same.

Press the fob again alarm will de activate and open doors, putting key into lock only the drivers door will open alarm is still active open door alarm will sound. Putting key into ignition and switching on does not cancel alarm.

Is it there for possible to isolotate the scorpion box of tricks to make the audi central looking system work and activating the alarm again by just key operation? Scorpion appear to have gone does any body have any clues on this one.
PS the fob only has one botton and a red L.E.D it use's 4 x size 13 orange batteries.
Ive just found out that it is not at scorpion system and they are still in the running so im further in the dark so looks like another weekend under the dash.
