Hello everyone I have an audi 6 c6 2.7tdi bpp 2005 with engine shaking very bad at idle. From the readings of the mvb 044 channel on channel 002 I have the reading 11001001 and channel 003 I have the 016 reading wich means low oxygen detected.
Do you know who creates oxygen in the exhaust system for the lambda sonde? I have changed air mass meter and gonna change egr valve soon.
No error on engine. Here you have a video with the basic settings for egr: https://youtu.be/_VdGwulCzjo
Could this be a bad reading from the lambda sensor or I really have low oxygen on exhaust system? I am thinking to change the lambda sonde but I'm not sure this fixes the problem. Can I get some help from you guys? I took some pics with the mvbs:

The oxygen must be low I think. Did you check injectors in group 013? Are RPM fluctuate badly in idle? How are engine supports? Did you check EGR, is it dirty?

Injectors are in specs in mvb 13-14 and 72-77.
When I start engine rpm is 780 and drops to 756 after the engine gets warm. When shaking it fluctuates from 733-756 rpm. Engine almost dieing.
Engine supports are good, no leaking no errors, output test ok.
Egr not dirty since last year cleaned egr cooler and egr valve and it was clean.
I've ordered the egr valve, hope something improves.
So you are saying that if too much diesel injected, ecu drops oxygen at idle? I have 482 bar rail pressure that is double (210-290 bar at idle)
than normal but could not find the problem this since I changed fuel rail pressure, fuel rail sender and output tested n290 and everything looks fine. Quantity injected at idle drops to 3,3-3,8 wich is less than 4 (minimum required by vcds at idle)but this could be due to rail pressure too high. The high pressure pump drops to -5,4 - -2,4 kw when shaking at idle.
If I run the car for 30 min even not in great rpms, when I stop the car sometimes high pressure stays at 230-240 bar but for only max 5 mins and than gets back to 482 bar and the shaking starts to feel bad.

look for a leaks at the exhaust up to the lambda sensors.

Do you mean that injected quantity by one injector at idle is 3.8 mg/str?
