    Unhappy VW Passat yr 2005, 2.0 FSI B6 (3c) Radiator Fans Running at Max – 05-01-2017,08:14 AM
    Dear all, I have a VW passat sport yr 2005, 2.0 FSI engine, engine code BLR.
    The Radiator fans start running at max the moment the car starts, i have changed the temperature sensor below the radiator but nothing changes, when diagnosed i get the errors
    P1290 Coolant temperature sensor at radiator outlet signal too high
    P1672 Radiator Fan actuation1 open Circuit/earth short

    Initially i thought the problem was the fans, I installed a new set still the problem persists any help will be appreciated thanks
