I am really struggling with this and am wondering if anyone else has had any problems?

i have completed the following steps:

    -registered with my audi
-added my car using the VIN
    -received an 8 digit pin
-verified myself through the connect user management using an mTAN number.

Now when I enter my 8 digit pin in the login screen on the MMI, it says that I have supplied incorrect login details.
When I try and assign myself as a key user through MMI using the code from the key fob, it tells me that the myAudi account does not exist or is not verified.

Audi UK didn't have a clue and this is driving me crazy.... I have entered in codes and email addresses so many times, which is a royal pain in the *** with a jog wheel

i have a similar problem except it accepts my password and I can login but next time I come to the car it has forgotten my details and I have to login again. Was with Audi for 2 days and they couldn't fix it. No offer of help at all they just gave it back and told me I would have to login in each time I wanted to use it.

I get this sometimes, I go to download a new destination that I've sent from My Audi and it prompts for a login. Usually, switching off the ignition fixes it.

Just to close the loop on this, the issue is now fixed. My MyAudi account details were corrupted on the server back in Germany. They had to delete all my data and I recreated a MyAudi account. Now both the 8 digit PIN and the primary user entry using the scratch off key fob code are working.

Me too, but sometimes it prompts before a valid 3G/4G signal is ascertained on my SIM Card. Once it finds it, the prompt doesnt "prompt" per-se.

Hi, can you help me with a bit of information? I am having the same issue so was wondering how you connected with audi Germany to clear the server error? I guess I need to do the same as my mTAN doesn't work.
