Hi, I have bought my 2006 Audi A6 in 2012 and haven't replaced Brake fluid or Coolant since then. I have no problems at the moment, but considering getting them replaced. Can you please suggest if the below products and the quantity will work for my A6 2.0 TDI 2006. Thanks.

Comma BF4ESP1L DOT 4 ESP Synthetic Brake Fluid (or) Pentosin Super Dot 4/ Plus (or) Pentosin Dot 4 LV (or) ATE TYP200 (or) ATE SL6 -- 1L

    Genuine Audi G13 Coolant, Part No. G013A8JM1 -- 4X1.5L

I had mine done at Halfords for a total of £58 inc, and their longlife coolant meets Audi spec.

Hi Mark, Thanks for your reply. I have a garage who regularly does my service. I usually supply the parts. I would like to stick with them rather than going to Halfords.

Look at the coolant bottle for the G code as you car should be G12 or G12+ there is a colour difference.

TRIPLE QX Red (Concentrate) Antifreeze/Coolant 1Ltr

Use Code 'SUMMERSALE' to get it cheaper

Thanks for the response Dan. I just bought brake from eurocarparts with code VIP30 which gives 30% off. I can buy the Triple QX coolant, but is it as good as the Audi Coolant? As I don't replace it often, one off £20 more is fine if Audi G13 is recommended. Audi coolant is available for £40 per (4X1.5L)

Thanks guys for the replies. I will get the triple QX then. I am buying a 5L and a 1L concentrate. This should be enough for 50/50 as I read somewhere that the tank capacity is 11.5L.
Also could you recommend a brake fluid?

Hi Neil I now ordered the ready mixed coolant. Just saw that eurocarparts sell G13 also for slightly higher price. Not sure what the difference is. Mine is G12, so the one you suggested should be fine.
I have checked the Brake fluids and all the ones I put in my original post seem to be suitable. Not sure which one to go for. I read somewhere that the Pentosin DOT 4 LV is the same sold by Audi as genuine brake fluid with a different label.
