    Hi all,

I got my car autoscanned with VCDS after a 'engine fault garage message' and it turns out the MAP sensor is faulty, which i have ordered and will get fitted shortly.

    However the following came up:

DWA Sensor: Part IK8 951 1711 Fault Found
    01135 – Interior Monitoring Sensors
    004 – No Signal/Communication - Intermittent
    Freeze Frame:
    Fault Priority: 4
    Fault Frequency: 7
    Reset Counter:233

and sure enough the interior sensor isn't working but the alarm will go off when opening the door (when alarmed).

Has anyone came across this problem before? and how difficult is it to replace this sensor?

The car was autoscanned again a few days later, but the following code disappeared after clearing DTCs:

01334 - Door Control Module: Rear Right (J389)
    004 – No Signal/Communication - Intermittent
    Freeze Frame
    Fault Priority: 2
    Fault Frequency: 1
    Reset Counter:3

The door locks and windows are working perfectly, so I hope that this is a once off.

    Thanks for all your help.

    Cheers!

Cheers I'm not really worried about that one, it's more the alarm sensor..I'd hate for the window to be smashed to try and grab something from the interior with no alarm.
