    Hi,

Last month I had the following codes:

    P0141 - o2 sensor heater circuit (Bank 1 Sensor 2)
    P0139 - o2 sensor circuit slow response (Bank 1 Sensor 2)
    P0140 - 02 sensor circuit no activity detected (Bank 1 Sensor 2)
P2188 - system too rich at idle bank 1

After replacing the O2 sensor and some fuses and cleared the codes the light stayed off.

But now I have 4 codes again:

    P0141 - o2 sensor heater circuit (Bank 1 Sensor 2)
    P0139 - o2 sensor circuit slow response (Bank 1 Sensor 2)
    P0140 - 02 sensor circuit no activity detected (Bank 1 Sensor 2)
P0341 - camshaft position sensor A circuit range / performance (Bank 1 or single sensor)

Notice that P2188 has gone but now I have P0341.

The common factor seems to be bank 1.

What is bank 1? And could this be a clue or just coincidence?

    Any responses would be appreciated.

You only have one back on an inline 4 cylinder engine. One a v type engine such as a V6 or V8 you have two banks.

It seems you pretty much have the same issue and the work that has been done on the car hasn't cured the original fault, which O2 sensor did you have replaced? And was it tested prior to it being replaced?
