    Hi.
    idiot alert!
    i got bored one day and was playing in the hidden menu of my B8 SE Technik and have lost access to a number of MMI options. (I know I got what I deserved!)

    for example, I can see menu options like 'Exterior Lighting,' but this is greyed out and I cannot access, whereas previously I could change come home light duration etc.

    i know that something has gone wrong in the carmenuoperation section of the hidden menu, but am unsure what the default values should be (they appear to be between 0-15). If I had any sense I'd have noted the original values before messing around, but hindsight is a wonderful thing.

    any help would be greatly appreciated! I have also lost the clock display from the main screen and would love to get this back.
    thanks in advance!

    dont cry, its just a car, post your full picture set, not only the ones with valuses(carmenuops), but with tick boxed ones as well. And if you make change, restart always with 3button style!

    I think, you selected these menu items here:

    ->main/car/carprotocollswitch

    If you have selected these items here, then these will be grayed out on the MMI, so you have to deselect these items. Maybe an MMI reset will be required after the deselection (exit the Green menu first), but probably that's all what you did wrong.
