Could anybody give advise about the dilution ratios of this fluid, please? The bottle doesn't list minus degrees, but says 1:5 for winter, and 1:1 for severe winter... I ended up with something closer to 1:4 than 1:5, but it froze up this morning Really disappointed; just filled up the entire capacity of the system (did use up all the fluid in it from before, and made sure the new fluid was washed through the hoses... )
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I've never found a screenwash that doesn't freeze. I just refrain from using it until I'm sure the heated nozzles/engine heat have done their thing.

I'm sure the Asda screenwash is a concentrate best mixed 50:50 .

With premixed you are paying for water .

Quantum concentrate is good to -15 neat. The VAG concentrate is good to -70 neat. I use the VAG one as it is pretty cheap if you buy 10 x 1l. Dilute it 10:1 in summer and up to 2:1 in winter

Bought mine from Poundland...guess how much?

Was 2l concentrated and cherry flavour....which as you'll appreciate makes all the difference!

Never had it freeze, but then it's never been below -5 in the 12yrs I've lived here.

20% dilution all year round, except for Dec when I top up with 1l of concentrate.

Isn't our washer reservoir huge!? Would imagine my saloon has the same capacity at the avant.

TPS Belfast currently have ZGB00QSWC05LNF which is the Premium -15c concentrate on offer for £8.76+VAT for 20L (4x5L)

I bought the same 20L year although it was -20c and still have some left.

Haven;t had a frozen washer bottle in the 6 years I've been an Audi owner, I don't use a dilution rate, I just pour about 1-1.5 inch of screenwash into a 2L bottle, fill with water then keep filling with water until the washer bottle is full.
