Passat B6 nothing signal to the dashboard not start

I erased the faults and there is always the problem that the car walk and suddenly she stopped and know nothing on the dashboard before I had a battery problem since I tried everything but nothing no signal at the dashboard so I do not know if it's just a diet or immobilzer or electronic steering column lock and Ignition Switch Start Stop because when I put the key is nothing and nothing signal on dashboard

ESCL has failed. No electrics will work while ESCL is in lock position. Move ESCL to unlock position and ignition will come back but engine will not start.
