Help...CD-rom does not work and cd-changer will not play Mp3's..2009 A6 C6 Avant

Hello everyone.
I think my car has a 3G MMI (low), I recent burned some Mp3's to CD and put them into the 6 CD-changer but they will not play. I then thought that I would burn the music to a DVD and play it on the multimedia drive but I can't get that to work at all. The two SD slots work fine and play Mp3's without an issue..it just the CD-changer and DVD/CD Rom drive that are giving me problems. The DVD/CD Rom drive will not even let me load a disc...what should I do???

No point in trying a DVD as 3G Low doesn't support DVD playback, High only. If you really wanted the disc to eject, you need VCDS to disable the lock.

Does the changer read non copied discs? Might be an issue with the disc(s) then if it reads those fine.

Hey Chris...I have not tried a music CD so I will try that, Tthe other drive won't even allow me to insert a disc to find out if that drive works or not!

The other drive is for your nav disc, it won't read anything else.
