Code Can Bus

Hi!

I have a passat tdi 130hp tip tronic. And before i purchased the car, it got changed the engine i think. I have some trouble about the mfa on my cluster, i can only change/shift one time in the mfa, until i stop and starts the car again.
I have been searching about what codes in the cluster and the Can bus should have in vag com. And I think my code in Can Bus is wrong it is coded to 00006 and what i have read i should be 00007 that is with a Automatic.
But I can`t code it every time i code it to 00007 it comes back at 00006.

Anyone who can help me ?
