    Default GALA settings on standard audio system – 30-01-2014,09:16 PM
    ok folks my first question. I have the standard audio system (not BOSE). It has a GALA feature so that, in theory, the sound automatically gets louder as the noise inside the car gets loaders eg faster you go. Now on previous cars eg my old Skoda Superb you can adjust the sensitivity of the GALA set up. Despite playing with all the settings doesn't look like Audi has some feature. What are I missing? At the moment I have to turn music up manually. Find it hard to believe Skoda has features an Audi doesn't.

    Any advice welcome

    What radio. Have you looked in the manual.
    I'm sure it was adjustable on a symphony II that I had and is adjustable in the wifes TT with concert.

    bloody smart phones....

    It's the standard 180 watt unit. According to manual only options are Active or Inactive. Other VAG units you can adjust the level but no apparent means of doing it on this one.
