    Hi,

I have a couple of ABS fault codes and would like a second opinoin.

    2 Faults Found:
00287 - ABS Wheel Speed Sensor: Rear Right (G44)
    35-10 - - - Intermittent
00287 - Shareware Version. To Decode all DTCs
    16-10 - Please Register/Activate - Intermittent

Are these fault codes linked to each outher?

Do you think I need to replace the rear sensor and if so has anyone done this?

    Thanks

Do you have an ABS light showing? They may be old codes clear them and see if it returns. The sensor is cheap and easy to replace

before you rip it out, do confirm it is the sensor that broke. its only a coil of wire inside a case with 2 wires sticking out, so check it has resistance and compare it with another known working sensor. if its out, replace it, if not, check the wiring. i have known so many get replaced when they worked just fine and this was only realised when a new one is fitted and the same fault occurs.
