    Default EGR troubleshooting with VCDS – 22-06-2013,07:59 PM
    Hi,

    engine 3.0tdi CCWA year 2008

    I'm getting this code constantly:

    4807 - EGR System: Insufficient Flow
    P0401 00 [108] - Short to Ground

    I have checked from 01 engine module: basic settings
    you can do EGR test, EGR cooler sooting meas., EGR cooler regen.

    when I start e.g. EGR test I get no data. So my question is what to monitor when running this test? Or what to monitor while driving?

    I've already replaced EGR valve once, but I keep getting the same code still.

    Get it cleaned as suggested and then get the thing deleted.....either physically or software embedded.

    Ask your dealer if your car is subject to campaign 26G4 and if so, has it been done.
