Took the car on Saturday to Paul he managed to remap it to a performance map. The difference is very good. 1st and 2nd get you up to 60 in a matter on seconds. Much better seeing what lag the standard 120bhp had. Great service and it was not a long process either. Very good club price offered to us too.

The wife couldn't see why I wanted it, but I did say it says like a new car once done. After she drove it she agreed. Alot more torque low revs, I'm sure turbo comes in sooner too.

If you was in doubt getting it done. Speak to experttuning.Co.Uk the price for me changed my mind

No its same or better I'm still in the 30s with motorways. I think it might be better even, as not having to push so hard to get up to speed. I noticed at 50mph to 70mph in 6th that acceleration is now effortless where before it was a bit slow to speed up and I used to gear down. Only had it done sat, saw that he's offering the price at £185 at the moment similar to the deal I got which is why I snapped it up. Definitely worth it. Do u have the same engine? I wouldn't even think twice. If only I knew the difference would be night and day.

What's your average mpg been since you bought the car? I only ask as the B8 seems to get slated for low mpg whatever engine is fitted.
Now driving - Lava grey S4 avant Black edition, ADS, Diff, Tech pack high, Foldy mirrors, black and Magma red super sports seats, storage pack.

I would say 25 but if I do mixed motorways I would be look at low 30s and on a drive form essex to stevenage I got an amazing 41. Saying that on Saturday I drove down to surrey and had 42 by time I got to Paul, but as you know there's alot of 50 and cameras around the m25.

Average I'm still saying 25. But since the map we will see I'm thinking it will be better just because I've noticed I don't need to push as much. The clio 197 I had was bad. When your getting 16 most of the time and then you only get 25 on a motorway that's bad.

Darren, what BHP increase did you get after the remap? I also have the 120ps 1.8t and am thinking of getting it remapped after warranty runs out (if insurance costs allow!). I've read of people getting upto 210 without having to replace any parts. I'd expect you got around 40 bhp increase?
