Hi anyone know where the power steering reservoir is located. I've started to get a noise when turning the wheel while stationary and want to check the fluid level.

    Cheers
    Stuart

I had a noise like yours and it turned out to be the alternator pulley. It has a one way bearing in it which siezes up. To answer your question the resevoir on my 2004 model is next to the windscreen washer filler - it has a green cap

Yes that a good point, get someone to turn the steering from lock to lock and observe the belt tensioner, if it is jumping around excessively then it is likely that the pulley is seized internally.
