2007 Audi A3 tdi Concert radio/cd player not working

Hi All,

I have a Audi A3 tdi 2007, with an audi concert radio/cd player.

A week ago i had a valet done including engine wash and since then it no longer works.

the day i had the engine wash, the radio would switch on and off, the radio would work, there was sound, but there was no display on the screen and could not put volume up or down.

after that now i can only switch it on and off, no display on screen and no sound.

Any idea's what it could be?

Sounds odd if it is linked to the engine wash.

Seems like a faulty unit, if there is power going to the unit then it can't be a fuse issue.

hmmm yeah im not sure, because before the wash it was working perfectly fine. Im guessing maybe water has got in the wires somewhere that has possibly caused it to become faulty.

anyone know any car electronics specialists around the East London / Essex area that could possibly have a look at it?

Tried that, no joy, no display on screen

yes have power. it switches on and off, just no display on screen or sound coming.

the first day i had it washed, it was switched on, there was sound, but no display and was unable to change radio stations, or move volume up or down.

next day, no display or sound.
