Please help.
Just had problem with my audi a4 2.0 SE 2001. The A/C controller seems to be dead. Vag-Com scanning gives :

18043 - Powertrain Data Bus: Missing Message from A/C Controller

I tried my A/C controller unit fit into my friends audi a4 and it works. So my A/C unit itself works.

Does anybody can help what to do?

check the fuses

sorry, any idea witch fuse i should check?I checked all the fuses on right side where is all the fuses in car and they all look all right. I bought car with the problem like i mention above maybe my fuse i missing from the fuse box. Could you say witch exactly fuse i should check?

if you have an 8E model check fuses 1 and 26 and 44 in the fuse box
