    Hi,

    I have been using Vw quantum (grey bottle/red label)but am just wondering what everyone else is using as the baby is due another change this weekend and at 136k and two trips to france planned in next 4 months I want to keep things tickety boo!!

    For long service I'm not 100% sure, but I think you use 506.01. For 10k service intervals grab some 505.01 5w 40 oil. I've found Millers XFE-PD to be the best value oil, but still performs very well. My 250hp pd130 runs on it. In fact, it's a good reminder as it's due a change pretty soon.

    where did you get the Millers XFE.

    I am changing every 6k-know it should be 5-and quantum I got from dealer for AWX 130pd was 5w-40 505.01.

    So question to all is really what is best 505.01.
