I fed a loom rear to front, didn't remove anything forward of the rear seat except the glove box. See if the reversing camera how to guide will help you. I just tucked the wire/loom under the edge of the plastic trim.

If in doubt, I think the plastic trim across the bottom of the doors is just held by large clips that will prang out. There maybe a screw on the front one on the inside by the bonnet pull area. As you have read, I didn't remove mine. With regard to b pillar, I think you have to start at the bottom and work up. I think there is a kind of overlapping system I think, remove the door trim, then the bottom panel of the b pillar. You may also have to remove the bottom edge of the rubber door seal.

Of corse, I could be completely wrong.

it's pretty easy, done it a couple of times recently. to get the lower one off you need to take the top one off as it overlaps. the top one pulls towards you, the lower one needs pulling away from the pillar but also towards the roof of the car as the lower clips slot downwards into the floor

trickiest bit is putting them back on! especially the top one, I found the seatbelts caught up and had to take them off again and have another go

Get a firm grip, pull hard but not suddenly. Whilst doing this repeat to yourself 'please do not break, please do not break'.

That's the technique. I took flat screwdriver, stuck it in just above bottom edge of top trim, on the sides. Prised it away slightly so could get fingers in and pulled firmly but slowly. They are held at bottom by those metal pins/clips if I remember correctly
