    Hi,

    For some reason my partners car doesn't have a plate with tyre pressures, can anyone tell me the pressures for 225/40/18s for both low load and high load.

    Thanks

    Its;

    LOW: 38 at the front and 33 at the rear
    HIGH: 41 at the front and 39 at the rear

    The sticker should actually be located in the drivers door and not in the petrol cap. (petrol cap contains fuel information and not tyre pressure like most cars do)

    Hope this helps!

    (tyre stats taken from a 1.4 S-line built for 2009-present )
    The sticker may also be found (if your lucky!) towards the back of the owners manual or service handbook.
    COMING SOON: '14 A5 Cabriolet S-line Special edition, Daytona Grey
    CURRENT: 11' A5 S-Line Black Edition Ibis White
    previous: 09' A3 S-line Ibis White

    Hi there

    The sticker on my driver's door gives 42 front and 36 rear on a normal load.
    Can't remember heavy load pressures but can check and let you know (if you still need the info).

    I've got 225/40/18's (Conti SC3) on a 2010 2.0TDI S-line. I'm not sure if different pressures are spec'd for different model variations?
