    Question fault code P1570 – 20-10-2010,06:19 PM
    The diagnostic test showed a fault code P1570, which I think is cont. module locked, what does this mean?

    P1570 is Engine Start Blocked by Immobilizer. Looks like you have an immobilizer fault. Does it try to start and then stop ?

    Hello all,

    I have a 1997 VW Polo 1.6 litre and it is giving me fault codes P1570 and P1648 and it is just cranking and will not start.
    Please help.
