    NEW PROBLEM!!

When your accelerating in 4th or 5th gear from low revs to build up speed over 65 usually it cuts power and it goes into safe mode ( Cuts power Stop turbo working i believe) Most of the components on the engine has been changed, i.e Brake vaccum pipe hoses were changed in audi garage as a recall measure ( problem seems to arisen since then) the air filter has been changed, so has the MAF, and the Boost pressure control valve (Also know as the N75 Valve) just changed the fuel filter as well. Any Idea's?? driving me nuts!

Check my new post at the bottom please!

Yeh it does, when u switch it off and on again the car runs fine, it is going into limp mode and I had it VAG tested and it came up saying Inlet Manifold Pressure is too high. But hacing check the haynes manual (which is iffy at best) doesn't show a sensor there so im not to sure, the hoses all appear fine also. Lastly should there be a hissing type noise (could be blowing or sucking) coming from the vacuum capsule on the inlet manifold. I don't remember hearing a noise before and did have a check and covering hoses etc didn't stop it or locate it.

you could have a boost leak at or it could be your Manifold Absolute Pressure MAP sensor may be playing up

Having looked at the MAP sensor and cleaning it went over the vacuum pipes again and there was a worn hole on the underside of one behind the vacuum capsule to the right. Replaced the hose and the cars running better than ever!

Ill nip out and take a photo when the rain stops, but ill try give as best an idea as i can. When you take off the engine cover follow the inlet hose from the intercooler up the vacuum capsule ( looks like a flying saucer lol) and behind that you'll see braided hoses running along the bulk head just under the plastic tray at the bottom of the windscreen you'll have to check all of thoses hoses, the on that was burst on mine was to the right of the vacuum capsule and down under the metal manifold type thing it was connected to some sort of valve that was secured by two allen key bolts and the hose ran up to a plastic splitter than went into 2 separate pipes.

Hope that rambling can help a little lol!
