Hi All,
Hoping somebody can help with the issue or may have heard of it before.

Basically came to a set of light and pushed in the clutch pedal down and she stayed down and wouldn't come back up. I can get my foot underneath it and bring it back to its normal position but the second you press it again it stays on the floor.

I have checked the slave cylinder and what i think is the pipe/feed going into the gearbox and can not see a leak. I am unsure if the master cylinder go faulty on these and im aware the slave is inside the box. I dont believe its the actual clutch or at least i don't yet based on what ive found.

The bit that throws me is that if i remove the surround under the steering wheel and inspect the clutch pedal everything looks connected and not broken (like some other models plastic braking on the slave etc) however at the back of the pedal itself appears to be a spring loaded rod that makes what i can only explain as strange fluid noises.... from experience on other makes of car this movement should be quite. Ive taken a video which i hope to share so people can see what i mean.

I was expecting to see some method of the pedal pulling or pushing a rod but i cant see that just this spring loaded section moving up and down. One side of the spring section looks like a white ball and is secure to what i think is the master cylinder and the other side attaches directly to the end of the pedal so im stumped.... how is the pedal functioning to action the master cylinder.... i guess my video will explain more if im explaining any of that incorrectly.

Im stuck as the warranty doesnt cover clutch related issues and a local mechanic is saying its the clutch but i don't buy that just yet. Or at least i will when i rule out what the pedal is doing (or not doing)
