Polo 9N 1.4-16V conversion from 75HP (BBY) to 100 HP (BBZ)

I'd like to know exactly what parts are needed to convert Polo 9N 1.4-16V from 75HP (BBY engine) to 100 HP (BBZ engine)?
By comparing those 2 engines from VAG EPC, I found the difference on intake manifold, throttle body, fuel injector and ECU as follow:

Is there any other parts needed? Anyone ever try this conversion?
